Appassionata

Founded in 2000 in Montréal by Daniel Myssyk and Françoise Henri, this chamber orchestra, which is rooted in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension neighbourhoods, comprises 15 string instrumentalists, to which is added on occasion winds and percussions. With an ever present wish to bring classical music to the widest public possible, along with contributing to the wellbeing of society, the Ensemble currently offers annually a concert series with a diversified program choice, with an extra focus on school aged children and cultural communities.
